KNIFE SHARPENING

Knife sharpening services offered by local woodworker / Michelin star restaurant chef Joey Morlock http://morlockwoodworks.com.

All knives are sharpened on Japanese ceramic whetstones, by hand.

Knives can be dropped off and picked up at The Shop. Typical turnaround for sharpening is three days. Overnight rush is available. Just let us know when you need them by when you dropoff.
